Annotation

The article deals with organizational, content and technological aspects of development of the innovative educational environment of corporate university. The authors describe the principles of its development in terms of competence-based approach. The article reveals the main functions of corporate university, such as: corporate business education being an element of the system of development of personnel potential and corporate education as the key direction in company activity aimed at development of the system for controlling knowledge which results the growth of intellectual assets of the company and increase of its market value. The authors pay special attention to evaluation of the influence of innovative educational environment on development of professional, personal and social competences of each employee, solution of a set of corporate tasks. The article also defines the system-forming principles of innovative educational environment.
