Annotation

The article discusses opportunities offered by modern educational environment of higher school with the use of information and communication technologies in the context of the concept of personality-focused education which is actively supported and developed by the academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, E.V. Bon-darevskaya. The authors analyze legislative grounds which define the use of information and communication technologies in education in the light of the concept of modernization of modern education. It is shown that new educational technologies, introduction of interactive methods into educational process, organization of distance and electronic learning demands expansion of didactic resources of the teacher in terms of the use of modern online services available.
