FINAL CHECK AS MEANS OF IMPROVING THE WAY OF TEACHING SPEAKING SKILLS IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS

Annotation

Control is an integral component of educational process. Its major result is data on success and shortcomings of the work done by the teacher and an opportunity to correct methods and technologies of teaching basing on it. Professional competences of a foreign language teacher assume development of ability to use the data obtained as a result of control for optimization of educational process. Results of final check at the State Exam (EGE) provide enough material for development of professional competences of the teacher, allow keeping up to date, enhancing independence and quality of teaching students.
