WORLD VIEW AND INNER CULTURE OF A PERSON IN CROSS-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION

Annotation

In the conditions of global migratory processes, the problem of cross-cultural and interpersonal communication has become especially urgent. The purpose of the article is to define intrinsic characteristics and the role of individual world view in cross-cultural communication and poly-cultural education of youth. The author makes comparative analysis of specific features of the world view in traditional and mass culture. According to the paper, potential of intelligence and intension of a person, mental lines of culture with which he identifies himself shape the world view. As for regulators of behavior of youth in cross-cultural communication, they are the feeling of freedom, manifestation of will and responsibility for the attitude towards representatives of other cultures. Efficiency of cross-cultural communication depends on the ability of organizers of cross-cultural dialogues to overcome the contradictions between inner culture of an individual and cultural values.
