INTEGRATION OF TRADITIONAL AND INNOVATIVE MEANS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE IN THE COURSE OF PHYSICAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS AT A COLLEGE OF ARTS

Annotation

According to the authors of the article, combination of traditional and innovative means of physical culture in the course of physical training of students in higher educational institution will promote culture of motor performance and develop the habit of doing sports on a regular basis. Integration of traditional and innovative means of physical culture in the course “Physical culture” promotes the right attitude of students towards their health. The substantial component of integration of innovative and traditional means of physical culture consists of five components which represent the system which reflects interrelation of various functions of physical culture in educational at higher educational institutions. As for the outcomes of implementing the above mentioned program, the authors mention formation of physical culture, awareness of the need to do sports regularly, good physical well-being and improvement of endurance and agility as well as better performance in life in gener
