Annotation

Steady trends which are in sight of HR services of many companies can be described as the need for self-improvement of employees, search for harmonious balance between the contents and results of work and personal development. According to HR departments, the choice of horizontal development of employees, interest in development of oneself as a cross-professional, concentration on productive solution of tasks has also become a growing tendency. Employees, who show these trends, tend to rely on their inner resources and are less guided by external factors, but more by their own priorities and values. Modern organizations which face difficult tasks of consecutive transformations begin to focus on and choose multidimensional development of personnel, including their values. This happens due to understanding that challenges facing the organization can be met only by the staff possessing high degree of sensibleness, ability to make independent decisions in the conditions of changes.
