INSTITUTIONS OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION IN THE SYSTEM OF PHYSICAL TRAINING OF PUPILS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL GRADES IN THE COURSE OF MEETING GTO STANDARDS (THE FIRST-SECOND STEPS)

Annotation

The article covers the role of institutions of additional education in physical training of primary school pupils at the present stage of social development. The authors provide the definition of the concept “physical training” and consider the role of additional education in the sphere of physical training. It is seen as a specially organized educational process focused on freedom of personal choice where pupils together with additional education teacher and the child’s parents can choose a type of sports section for creation of physically healthy educational situation in establishment and reveal hereditary potential of a child, takin into account his/her preferences and age-related features. The paper also covers possibilities of meeting qualifying standards of GTO for primary school as well as conceptual aspects of effective physical training at primary stage of education in the system of additional education.
