PRACTICE OF TEACHING RUSSIAN IN THE EIGHTH GRADES OF MONGOLIAN SCHOOLS

Annotation

The article covers norms and standards of teaching Russian at Mongolian schools abilities and skills taught in the eighth grades, the number of teachers and students learning Russian in various educational institutions. According to the paper, the main objectives of programs for teaching Russian are guided by the international level of the test on Russian as a foreign language; pupils of 7-9 grades learn to work with information and develop several types of skills. Lexical material is accumulated in a text for listening and situations of routine conversations. Lexis determined by the topic of the lesson is presented in dialogues. Audio files that accompany each lesson help students “to hear” Russian speech. In the last decades, with improvement of Mongol-Russian relations, the number of young people who are interested in Russia and Russian has increased.
