Annotation

The problem of education quality is one of the central ones in modern educational policy and science, since it implies solution of a number of problems aimed at developing personal qualities necessary to prepare for life in quickly changing and inconsistent world. Therefore there is a need for personalities with high moral values and high motivation to achieve the level of professionalism required by the rapidly changing labour market. The article analyses the state of the problem of education quality management in pedagogical theory and practice. The author considers topical issues of education quality management in pedagogical college environment.
