INFLUENCE OF MANAGER’S IMAGE AND MANAGEMENT STYLE ON CREATING SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE IN AN EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT

Annotation

The article is devoted to the issue of developing an image of the head of educational establishment considered as a personality image, a phenomenon of management system, the factor ensuring competitiveness of organizations and individuals. The author considers management style from the point of view of natural unity, interconnection of all aspects of interaction between the head and his/her team. A team is described as a stable system that includes some options typical for its head. The author treats socio-psychological climate as an integral feature of the collective life which includes behavioral, cognitive and emotional components.
