Annotation

This article is devoted to the structure of the life plans aimed at career growth of graduates. The author considers different leading motives, purposes and means of a motivational-organizational component in the structure of life plans of men and women; features of emotionally estimated component; distinctions in subjects of the career plan, the matrimonial plan and personal development plan of men and women; distinctions in the personal features dominating life plans structure.
