Annotation

Innovative work in an educational institution is connected with changing teacher’s subjectness. The task of this research is to find connections between innovative work and optimal realization of a teacher’s subjectness in the innovative educational area of an institution of supplementary children education. The author presents a model viewed as a process of gradual change of a teacher’s position from “a teacher as an organizer of an educational process” to “a teacher as a subject of an innovative work”.
