AXIOLOGICAL ATTITUDE TO THE CONCEPT “DIFFERENT” IN A CONFLICT AS SYSTEMICALLY IMPORTANT FACTOR OF CONFLICT COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT
Annotation
The article dwells on the conflict competency considered as a system quality ha ving certain composition, structure, functions and characteristics. The author considers the necessity to reveal systemically important factor of the conflict competency, the role of the axiological attitude to the concept “different” in communication and in conflict. The empirical research has revealed interrelation between the axiological attitude to the concept “different” in a conflict and the entire conflict competency components; the determinative influence of the given indicator on emotional and behavioral components; characteristic features of personalities having axiological attitude to the concept “different” in a conflict in comparison with personalities having objective attitude.Key words
