Annotation

The article is devoted to the questions of reforming education by means of implementing information technologies. The author singles out some indicators reflecting informatization process in education and dwells on the questions of supplying students with innovative teaching materials: computer textbooks and computerized textbooks and books of mathematical problems. The author defines the concept of computing environment and the notion of computer platform and mathematic system. The article includes description of purposes, principles and functions of teaching higher mathematics optimization by means of systemic implementation of computer platform Mathematica into the teaching process of training students of agricultural institute of higher education.
