Annotation

The article presents analysis of development and application of scientometric toolkit for pedagogical dissertational researches evaluation. The author mentions corresponding polling techniques that were developed and introduced as well as other methods including the following: expert surveys and interviews with leading experts of faculties and Dissertation Committees of the South-Russian region on the problem of quality of modern scientific and pedagogical researches, questionnaires, interviews with post-graduate students and degree-seekers about methodological and technological difficulties arising during carrying out dissertational research. The article presents the results of the received empirical material handling.
