FEATURES OF COPING-BEHAVIOR IN PROFESSIONAL WORK OF MANAGERS DEPENDING ON THEIR GENDER, AGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Annotation

The article provides the results of theoretical and practical research of copingbehavior features in professional sphere. The author describes results of the analysis of age, gender and dynamic features of coping-behavior of the managers using various coping-strategies. The role of such factors as gender, age and work experience in the choice of certain coping-strategy is shown by the author. The article also includes the results of complex factor analysis of combined influence effects of gender, age and work experience factors on the choice of coping-behavior strategy.
