Annotation

The article deals with the problems of education development as covered in the activity of nongovernmental international organization called the Roman club. The authors give detailed description to organizational backgrounds of carrying out scientific researches in the sphere of forecasting. Special attention is given to the system of views of the founder of the Roman club, Aurelio Pechei, who offered a pedagogical projection of the new humanism concept. According to the authors, the thinker connects the solution of problems of the mankind, entering globalization era, with solving essential contradictions of human life in the multivariate world ba sing on the complex balance of diversified interests. A.Pechei considers educational issues at the level of autobiographical narrative and in the context of re-education of the mankind, perfection of the system of professional and formal education, selfeducation and self-restriction.
