BOLOGNA PROCESS AS THE FOUNDATION FOR INTEGRATION OF EUROPEAN COUNTRIES IN THE SPHERE OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND SCIENCE

Annotation

The given article is devoted to some issues of integration process occurring between Russia and European countries in the sphere of higher education and science. Modern condition of educational system caused by integration of educational strategy as well as by reforming Russian educational system in accord with global tendencies is considered. The authors dwell on measures on legislative level, resource, financial support of reforms with the purpose of their conformity to Bologna process requirements. The authors feel it relevant to implement Bologna process principles in scientific and academic activity of higher schools. Substantive provisions of uniform educational process, basic policy in the field of European higher education are stated.
