Annotation

The article covers problems of tourism development in the Republic of Dagestan, in particular, vocational training that includes social, informational, ecological, auto-competent components of future tourism manager’s competence. Practical experience of pedagogical process organization including studying content of education, methods of training, forms of teaching, preparation of teachers, professional training is analyzed. The author characterizes levels of readiness of integrative criteria and parameters of readiness for professional work of future tourism managers (motivational, substantial-operational, emotional and strong-willed), provides data of ascertaining stage of the experiment.
