Annotation

The article is devoted to principles of managing municipal educational system. The authors reveal some general (democratization, environment friendly approach and culture approach, open education, cooperation, individual approach in management, stimulations of employees’ activity) and specific (relevance, futurization, transversality, deliberativeness, prognostics, integrity, dialogue) principles of management in municipal educational system which can be used for modernization of educational system as reference points for designing and modeling educational system.
