Annotation

The article is devoted to one of the most topical problems of pedagogical science and practice – didactic interaction between a teacher and pupils. Basing on general theoretical findings of national experts, the author offers the scheme of constructing a technique for diagnostics of readiness levels of a teacher for didactic interaction with pupils. The role and value of psycho-diagnostics in readiness of a teacher for didactic interaction with pupils, historical periods of psycho-diagnostics development, organizational requirements to drawing up tests for creating reliable, balanced tool for estimating success of mastering educational (professional) disciplines are also considered in the article.
