CORE IDEAS AND SPECIFIC NATURE OF SOCIAL TOURISM AS THE FORM OF SOCIAL SUPPORT FOR NEEDY POPULATION SEGMENTS

Annotation

The purpose of the article is to give an outline of specific features of arranging social tourism. The author specifies the key points, types, conditions and gives clas­sification of social tourism. The article proves that tourist industry and infrastructure of accessible tourism for invalids in our country have not received due development yet. The article shows that social tourism in Russia is not is not documentarily regulated (the bill about social tourism has been in rejected the State Duma) and there is no technique for preparing experts for work with blind and deaf people.
