Annotation

Adaptation to future professional work has always been a complex task of both higher educational establishments and practical relations between enterprises and organizations with young experts. The process of professional adaptation of young experts can develops if certain conformity between subsystems of the following issues is established: complex of the requirements placed by modern manufacture on graduate’s personality and connected with one’s readiness for professional work (high level of professional knowledge, love for the trade, initiative, independence, organizational skills and other professionally significant qualities), and a set of ex­pectations and requirements of experts to their future place of work.
