CONCEPTUAL BACKGROUND OF METHODOLOGICAL CHANGES IN THE SPHERES OF WORK AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING (INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE)

Annotation

The article deals with international experience of using national framework of qualifications. The article proves that frameworks can be used as the basis for updating the system of professional training and modernization of national qualifications system. The author analyzes the experience that stem from international processes (Bologna, Copenhagen) and the European Fund of Education. Various approaches to developing the system of estimation and qualification certification created in the world practice, their recognition in different countries are analyzed. Special attention is given to the system of quality assurance and qualification market management, developed in some countries - pioneers of creating and developing national qualification frameworks - Australia and New Zealand. The author states that the concepts of national framework of qualifications, education results, quality assurance are conceptual basis of modern changes in the spheres of work and education.
