PROFESSIONAL DISTRESS OF EMPLOYEES FROM CORRECTIVE ESTABLISHMENTS
Annotation
The article is devoted to the problem of professional distress of employees who work in corrective establishments. Psychological reasons and the social conditions that lead to professional burn out of re-socialization system workers are revealed. The author considers various ways to handle professional burn out syndrome.Key words
