Annotation

The article provides the results of empirical researches into educational process at military higher school in terms of developing cadets as subjects of educational activity. The author brings into focus the issue of purposeful development of educational potential of cadets, connected with the need to shift to new educational standards, to implement learner-focused approach to higher professional military education.
