Annotation

The article deals with psychological and pedagogical aspects of perfection of professional competence of managers who work in socio-cultural spheres that have influence on the development of higher economic education at the present stage. Approaches to application of modern teaching methods in higher school are described. The article also touches on informative filling, organization of in-depth training and partnership relations, providing the relevant background of higher education in economic-humanitarian field.
