Annotation

The article reflects analysis of regulatory documents of the federal and local level which form background for scientific and academic environment of modern university in conditions of three-level system of vocational training “bachelor degree course - magistracy - postgraduate study”. The author makes a conclusion that scientific and academic environment of modern university should be characterized by openness, innovative nature, saturation with information, high adaptability, integration of science and manufacture, creation of new structures which can be considered as formalized models of scientifically-educational environment.
