INTEGRATION OF EDUCATIONAL SETTING OF PRESCHOOL AND PRIMARY SCHOOL: SOCIAL ORDER AND PEDAGOGICAL APPROPRIATENESS

Annotation

The article deals with the setting aspect of integration of preschool, primary general and additional education. Environmental approach allows realizing the idea of continuity in education by means of “soft” integration of educational settings of preschool and primary general education. Such approach also provides readiness of a child for training at the given concrete school. Results of research into parental demand for educational services are presented. In particular, the author mentions high degree of uniformity in parental requirements concerning practically all aspects of academic setting (breadth, intensity, emotional degree, social activity, flexibility), including parents of pupils of groups of preschool preparation and parents of primary school children. As for the parameter “generality”, here parents of pupils of preschool groups quite clearly need preservation of relative autonomy of preschool setting as a special local educational environment of buffer type.
