ANALYSIS OF PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE PEDAGOGICALLY NEGLECTED TEENAGERS EXEMPLIFIED BY UNIVERSITIES OF GERMANY

Annotation

The article states views of German scientists concerning levels and ways of revealing pedagogical neglect as well as analysis of work with pedagogically neglected teenagers at some universities of Germany. Studying of scientific sources testifies to the great experience of the countries of the European Union in preparation of students for work with pedagogically neglected teenagers. The special role in this process belongs to teachers-philologists who at the lessons of language and literature are able to influence consciousness of children, inducing them into active judgment of cultural wealth, norms of socially adequate behavior, acts and actions, into analyzing and expressing their own critical estimations.
