THE MAIN RESULTS OF EXPERT ASSESSMENT OF QUALITIES OF TEST SUBSYSTEMS OF DISTANT LEARNING PROGRAMS

Annotation

The article provides analysis of the trends in development of test materials for distant learning in pedagogical institutions of two types - usual pedagogical higher schools (Taganrog State Pedagogical Institute) and higher school which carry out retraining of pedagogical staff (Rostov Institute of Professional Skills Improvement and Professional Retraining of Education Workers). According to the author, poor technological and testological competence of developers of test subsystems for distant learning result in low estimations of experts on such aspects of test subsystems as good choice of the form of test tasks presentation, definition of distractors (distracting answer options), wording of questions in the test task. Results of trial introduction of the expert technique of the analysis of test quality in subsystems for distant learning showed that development of test subsystems do not meet modern requirements of didactic testology and latest achievements in computer testing.
