ASPECTS OF INTERPRETATION OF “LANGUAGE” AND “LANGUAGE COMPETENCE” CONCEPTS IN FOREIGN SCIENTIFIC WORKS ON EDUCATION THEORY

Annotation

Some aspects of linguistic, philosophic, sociological and pedagogical ideas of well-known scientists are represented in this article. We explore their views on the problem of the language in general and their linguistic concepts. Our task is to show the importance of these ideas for modern education and see if they are reflected in language teaching and then to make a conclusion about the necessity of using these concepts in modern research in linguistic education.
