Annotation

The article deals with an acute and important problem of instilling in the students a sense of responsibility for the quality of education at the modern stage of social development in Russia. In spite of the strict requirements of the modern education to the quality of professional training, the problem of instilling a sense of responsibility for the quality of education in the students of higher educational institutions is not given careful attention. The quality of education depends on the level of the students’ responsibility for the educational process and its results, which is developed in the process of individual learning.
