INFORMATION AND COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ACTIVITY OF A PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Annotation

The article considers the issue of using information and communicative technologies in preschool education considered from the point of view of national and foreign scientists as well as practicing teachers. The authors describe the impact of technology on social, communicative, cognitive, speech, aesthetic and physical development of a child. The concept “information and technological competence of a child” is defined in the article. The given competence refers to the knowledge about purposes and capabilities of some technical devices, older and modern ones; the skill to use a computer for search for the necessary information, for leisure purposes; acquiring the skills of analysis, synthesis, comparison and estimation of the information received from different sources; ways of revealing and explaining values and senses of knowledge for personal development (satisfaction of inquisitiveness, cognitive interest, needs and motives).
