The "The world of academia: Culture, Education» journal was created to cover the key issues of general scientific, pedagogical and information environment in the South of Russia. The journal is to promote the strengthening of Russian holistic scientific information environment and to increase the authority of pedagogical science. "The world of academia: Culture, Education» journal is aimed for the people devising strategic ways of education development: scientists, practitioners, who are to provide the quality of education at all levels and stages.

AIMS and SCOPE:

The journal is devoted to all aspects of development, innovations and good practice in primary, secondary and higher education teaching and learning, including the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and issues concerning the management of teaching and learning.

The Aims of the Journal are:

• to get the readers acquainted with the leading ideas and elaborations in the field of pedagogy and education;
• to reveal foreign and Russian experience concerning person-oriented education and upbringing;
• to consolidate scientific potential around the problems of teacher competencies development;
• to cover theoretical and methodological basis for creation of efficient teaching and nurturing models and the conditions for implementing them into secondary and high school;
• to determine cultural senses and values of teaching in the changing socio-cultural context of the Russian Federation;
