ADAPTATIONAL POSSIBILITIES OF STUDENTS ORGANISMS’ IN DEPENDENCE OF THEIR PHYSICAL LOADING

Annotation

The aim of the presented research lies in the study of student’s organisms’ functional conditions in dependence to their motional condition rate. In the course of the research it was found that most of the examined students with low rate of motional activity for the moment of study, displayed the functional capability deficiency of cardio – vascular and respiratory systems and, in consequence of the stated, potentially low adaptational abilities of these children organisms in puberty in contrast to the going in for sports students. The similar research makes it possible to reveal the degradation of a child’s organism adaptational reserves and to improve them by means of keeping – fit complex measures, motional rate activisation being the leading among them.
