Annotation

The author of the article considers the idea of creation and development of a team in A.S. Makarenko’s pedagogical experience. The author gives specific examples of peculiarities of team building and ways of its further development. To create a team the great educator determines the purpose of education, the program of personal development, a number of requirements to a member of the team and many other things. The basis of team building according to A.S. Makarenko lies in development of prospects, traditions, participation in productive work and so on. Correlation of the bases of team building and development enables us to consider it a type of the cultural and educational environment.
