Annotation

The problems of implementation of native moral regulations in the process of civic and patriotic education of the students of a technical university are analysed in the article. The author considers the whole complex of pedagogical conditions based on national traditions. The conditions may contribute to the efficiency of civic and patriotic education during a complicated period of democracy development and stabilisation of market relations in the country.
