SPORTS GAMES AS A MEANS OF DEVELOPING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Annotation

The article considers the problems of developing a healthy lifestyle. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature the author defines the following concepts: health, physical activity, healthy lifestyle and game. The article shows a number of possibilities of using a sports game in developing a healthy lifestyle of pupils. The author also suggests a classification of physical exercises characteristic of sports games.
