DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF A TUTOR

Annotation

The author of the article suggests considering the problem using a complex approach taking into account personal characteristics of a teacher and a student as well as the achievements of pedagogical science and practice. Moreover, it will help to discover the main components of professional competences of a tutor. The combination of these competences helps tutors to achieve efficiency and exercise influence on their students’ personal development and their own abilities.
