Annotation

The article deals with the problem of development of social sphere specialists’ managerial competence. The author defines the notions: «managerial competence» and «development of managerial competence of social sphere specialists». The article reflects the components of the managerial competence and conditions of efficient functioning of the social sphere specialist managerial competence development system.
