Annotation

The author of the article tries to attract readers’ attention to the humanitarian approach in further education for professors and school teachers via various means. They refer to culture-oriented experience at seminars devoted to one of the urgent issues of human civilization, i.e. harmony in communication between human beings. The humanitarian approach in education is of great importance for developing the most significant characteristic features of educational space – integrity for the sake of acculturation of the space where professors, teachers and students could collaborate effectively. The author of the article provides arguments to prove the effectiveness of the project-based approach in the sphere of cultural self-identification of a person. The way to make an individual feel free in communication should be considered the goal of psychological balance, both in advanced training and retraining for teachers.
