Annotation

The article covers a topical issue of safety which is made especially relevant in the context of modern threat to moral background of society and personality. According to the article, the mounting threat results in destroying moral foundation of personality. New hazards which menace individuals stipulate a new direction of safeguarding - safety of the personality and one’s moral core. The main objective of the research is to study the problem of pedagogical support of moral aspects of personal safety since school age. The author provides analysis of theoretical premises and methodological aspects of the issue under study. The article covers the concept “human security” approved by UNO in 1994 and its impact on further influence of the development of personal safety. The author analyzes strategically important state documents of the Russian Federation in terms of human safety as a global value.
