FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SPIRITUALITY OF A FUTURE TEACHER IN THE COURSE OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Annotation

The article gives outline to the conceptual ideas and experience of professional training of future teachers in terms of spiritual and moral aspects of studies. The authors emphasize importance of a dialogue between a teacher and pupils which leads to mutual enrichment of its participants, reveals spiritual potential of the child. At the same time, the authors argue that a personal, spiritual and moral quality of teachers, their high motivation to start dialogue not only with a group of pupils, but also with individuals, remains the central issue of the paper. Altruism of the teacher and love of children are still eternal categories at traditional school and in its expected modifications. According to the article, only this kind of pedagogical interaction contributes to revealing new qualities, abilities and, of course, gaining new knowledge.
