ANALYSIS OF THE EXPERIENCE OF YOUTH EMPLOYMENT POLICY IN FRANCE AS EFFECTIVE METHOD OF COMBATING UNEMPLOYMENT OF THE RUSSIAN YOUTH

Annotation

The article analyses experience of youth employment policy in France, its forms and methods, legal framework of the republic which can be adapted for the solution of the problem of unemployment of the Russian youth. The author emphasizes that the modern world economic and geopolitical crisis has had the greatest impact on young people who joined ranks of jobless citizens. The author gives her own understanding of youth unemployment, placing emphasis that the most educated, mobile part of the population which is not involved in production of goods and services gets a serious psychological injury. Experience of the French republic in minimization of youth unemployment through creation of the steady legislation is presented in the article (“The code of education laws”, the programs “Workplaces for Youth”, “New Services – Workplaces for Youth”, “Workplaces for Youth in State Universities”, etc.).
