Annotation

The article deals with ways and means of advanced training for pedagogical staff of higher educational institutions in terms of theory and practice of organization of academic activities. The author describes the main principles and technologies of the organization of additional professional education. The paper focuses on the system of corporate training which gives the chance to every teacher or lecturer to realize their own trajectory of professional and pedagogical activities, to become a competent researcher in the field of academic activities, a tutor, a mentor, the head of project work.
