DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS-LOGOPAEDISTS IN THE COURSE OF DOING PROJECTS

Annotation

The article deals with the issue of developing professional competence of future teachers-logopaedists in the course of doing projects as part of the course “Basics of modeling correctional and developing environment of a preschool educational organization”. The course fosters in bachelor’s degree students the necessary skills for modeling correctional enriching environment which ensures development and self-development of physically challenged children. According to the authors, project thinking unites different forms of cognitive activities (making a project plan, working out optimal solution of project tasks, forms, means, methods and techniques, etc.). The described in the paper projects nurture skills of planning professional activity taking into account specific aspects of the projected situation, provide experience of team work.
