PERSONALITY AS THE SUBJECT OF PROFESSIONAL CHOICE: FACTORS OF FORMATION OF THIS SUBJECT DOMAIN

Annotation

The article covers the factors which determine the subject domain of professional choice of an individual. The authors define the concept of professional choice as one of the kinds of subjective choices of a person which are substantially determined by specifics of the sphere of its implementation. The paper claims that interpretation of professional choice has been repeatedly supplemented with new shades, new meanings which opened new sides of the issue under study. The authors arrive at the conclusions that nowadays there have been created necessary conditions for scientific space of studying features of an individual in situations of professional choice. As for the main phenomena which characterize features of a person in the situation of professional choice, the authors mention phenomena which determine behavioural choice (cognitive and professional interest, motives of choice of profession, fight of motives) and feature of personal development in the context of professional choice
