SOME FEATURES OF DEVELOPING COMPOSITIONAL THINKING OF FUTURE BACHELORS OF ARTS

Annotation

The article reveals some features and conditions of developing compositional thinking of students of arts who take the introductory course on composition. The author defines such terms, as “compositional thinking” and “composition”. The article also covers some methods, approaches and curricula which influence efficient development of the given type of thinking. The main notions and laws of building up composition of the work of art are described in the paper. They include the following ones: integrity, expressiveness, good balance, visual subordination, etc.
