ATTEMPTS TO CREATE PEDAGOGICAL PROJECTS OF HETERODOX SCHOOL IN RUSSIA AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 19th CENTURY

Annotation

The article presents the analysis of the content of some educational projects of Muslim education and attempts to create them in Russia at the beginning of the 19th century. The author describes the aspects of these projects connected with elaboration of the key principles and financing. Special attention is paid to the pedagogical means of developing civil identity and project evaluation on the part of the officials. The author draws the conclusion that the question of correctness of the measures applied by statesmen in relation to the national originality and religious features of the Muslim people of Russia in the 19th century remains debatable and requires deeper judgment.
